Job Description

We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to develop and execute initiatives that strengthen the employer brand across key markets. In this role, you will collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Brand Marketing, and Internal Communications to create engaging campaigns, deliver consistent messaging, and support talent attraction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement employer branding initiatives aligned with the overall communication strategy and business objectives

  • Adapt the employer value proposition (EVP) and brand messaging into consistent communication across internal and external channels

  • Plan and manage employer branding campaigns, defining objectives, timelines, KPIs, and communication channels

  • Create and oversee content plans for career pages, social media, recruitment marketing, and other digital platforms

  • Increase employer brand awareness through integrated communication campaigns across priority markets

  • Partner with Internal Communications to ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and alignment with the corporate brand

  • Develop communication materials, presentations, branded assets, and toolkits to support recruitment and employer branding activities

  • Coordinate external agencies and production partners, managing creative briefs, production processes, quality control, and campaign delivery

  • Oversee the production of communication assets, including videos, digital content, banners, presentations, and branded merchandise

  • Support employee advocacy initiatives and expand employer brand visibility within professional communities and social media

  • Coordinate participation in employer branding awards, conferences, university partnerships, and industry events

  • Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for future improvements

  • Build effective collaboration across HR, Recruitment, PR, Brand Marketing, Design, Events, and Internal Communications teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a similar communication-focused role

  • Demonstrated ability to lead communication initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders from concept through delivery

  • Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage several projects simultaneously

  • Experience creating employer branding campaigns, editorial plans, and communication materials for both internal and external audiences

  • Solid understanding of employer branding through digital channels, including social media, content marketing, and recruitment marketing

  • Hands-on experience collaborating with external agencies, production vendors, and creative teams to deliver communication assets

  • Comfortably using campaign performance metrics and analytics to evaluate results and improve future initiatives

  • Advanced English and Russian language skills, both written and spoken

  • Self-driven, highly organized professional with excellent presentation skills and the ability to build relationships across different business functions
