Electrician Technical Assistant (Full-Time)
High demand and high wage opportunity with paid training.
We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Full-Time Electrician Technical Assistants. This role is ideal for candidates with prior electrical experience who want to advance their skills through structured training, hands-on experience, and long-term career opportunities in a growing trade.
Training & Certification
- Paid training program
- 6 weeks of virtual training, followed by 1 week of onsite, hands-on training
- Certificate awarded upon successful completion of training
- Training start date: February 16th
- Interviews will take place in late January and early February
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Apply foundational electrical knowledge while learning advanced systems and procedures
- Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare job sites, organize tools and materials, and maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training
- Valid United States driver’s license
- Authorization to work legally in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a background screening
- Willingness to complete a drug test
- Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
