- Participate in regular team briefings to stay updated on Dutch healthcare insurance policies and regulatory changes.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Professional experience in customer support or administrative healthcare services is highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to simplify complex financial or medical information for a diverse clientele.
- Passion for delivering premium service within the fast-paced healthcare industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new systems.
