- Maintain detailed documentation of user interactions and escalate technical issues to the specialized FinTech product development departments.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving digital banking regulations and industry trends to provide the most accurate assistance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client experience by identifying recurring issues within the payment ecosystem.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to ensure smooth relocation and employment eligibility.
- Professional proficiency in English, as this is the primary language used within our internal international FinTech workspace.
- Strong interest in financial technology, digital payment systems, and e-commerce innovations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering premium client support.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while staying connected to the team in Bulgaria.
