Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and evaluate candidates proficiently within various industries, with a focus on quality and fit.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and placement.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends to continuously improve processes.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management about recruitment progress and challenges.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in freelance or remote recruitment roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment assignments.
- Adaptability and proactive approach to evolving recruitment demands.
