Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Subscription-Based Services. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their subscriptions and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Your fluency in Dutch will be integral in addressing customer questions about subscription plans, billing issues, and service features. You will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for subscription inquiries
- Assist customers with setting up, managing, and canceling their subscriptions
- Handle billing inquiries, adjustments, and related transactions
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality
- Gather customer feedback to help enhance our subscription offerings
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in subscription services
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to solve problems effectively
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in subscription or SaaS industries, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Passion for customer care and a commitment to creating positive experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
