Your fluency in Dutch will be essential for assisting clients with their inquiries regarding course offerings, platform navigation, registration processes, and technical support. You will play a significant role in enhancing user experience and helping learners access valuable educational opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding e-learning inquiries
- Assist customers in understanding course details, registration, and platform functionalities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during the learning process
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve overall user experience
- Gather customer feedback to help enhance our service and educational offerings
- Stay informed about trends in online education and technology to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-learning or technology, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping others achieve their learning goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and learning management systems is a plus
