As a customer service agent, you will play a vital role in assisting Dutch-speaking clients and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries about products and services.
- Offer detailed product information, assist with account management, and help customers troubleshoot any issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Log and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions for customer issues and enhance customer experience.
- Remain updated on product lines, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with poise and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with standard office software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the company’s products and services.
