Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Dyson products and services.
- Provide detailed explanations about product features, usage, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and professionally, aiming for complete satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to continuously improve customer support processes.
- Stay informed about the latest Dyson products, promotions, and market trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the retail or electronics sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer engagement.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- A genuine interest in technology and a desire to represent the Dyson brand positively.
