Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Canon products and services.
- Provide detailed information on product features, usage, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed support to clients.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably with technology or imaging products.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in photography or imaging products is a plus.
