Director, Project Delivery - REMOTE

In this role, you will lead a team of Senior Project Managers and Principal Architects, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will drive the team towards excellence by establishing clear expectations, managing tasks, and nurturing continuous improvement. The position requires you to develop strategic initiatives and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with broader organizational goals. Your leadership will play a critical role in enhancing service delivery and fostering collaboration across departments, making a significant impact on both client satisfaction and team performance.
• Accountabilities Drive continuous improvement of Project Delivery through data analysis, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional leadership Monitor and influence KPI performance to achieve organizational objectives Develop personnel through communication strategies, professional development plans, and one-on-one coaching Ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting of team performance metrics Serve as an escalation point to manage project delivery and exceed client expectations Collaborate with sales and account managers to prioritize growth initiatives Facilitate standardization of project delivery processes to meet customer timelines Keep project resources on task and maintain accurate forecasts of revenue Communicate standards and lead training for Project Delivery Leads
• Requirements Proven leadership of cross-functional project teams Advanced experience (7+ years) in personnel management and development Expertise in project management and/or professional services (7+ years) Experience implementing managed services and IT solutions Strong skills in data analysis and process improvement Understanding of technologies such as cloud migration and cyber security Familiarity with specific technologies: Office 365, Microsoft Server OS, Public Cloud (Azure), and disaster recovery solutions
