  • Set organizational direction for engagement, conversion, and retention, translating company goals into a coherent, sequenced roadmap on a quarterly basis with a clear point of view on where AI and personalization unlock improvements in trader outcomes
  • Lead and develop a team of PMs, establishing a high-performance culture grounded in product excellence, customer empathy, and rigorous execution
  • Own the engagement flywheel end-to-end, from first meaningful moment through long-term retention, designing experiences that move traders through each stage with confidence, including AI-driven nudges and personalized learning recommendations
  • Partner with data science and ML teams to build and iterate on personalization and recommender systems that surface the right content, tools, and guidance to each trader at the right moment
  • Design and run experiments to test hypotheses related to growth, engagement, and AI feature effectiveness, establishing clear metrics and feedback loops to scale what works

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading other PMs or product teams
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and growing engagement, conversion, or retention product lines at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business, engineering, and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide prioritization and product iteration, and comfortable reviewing product metrics with broader stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable owning large problem areas and operating in ambiguity
  • Team-first mentality with an ability to mentor peers and influence without authority

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in fintech or trading platforms
  • Hands-on expertise in developing AI/ML-driven native applications
  • Experience with recommender systems and/or personalization at scale
  • Demonstrable experience launching products from 0 to 1 and scaling them
