This role serves as a high-impact analytical and operational support partner to senior leadership overseeing an Active Adult real estate portfolio. You will translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, enabling stronger decision-making, improved asset performance, and enhanced client responsiveness. Acting as an extension of the Director of Operations, you will prepare executive-ready reporting, identify performance trends, and support strategic discussions with ownership stakeholders. The position requires strong financial fluency, advanced analytical capability, and exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will coordinate across multiple internal functions to ensure alignment, accuracy, and execution of portfolio initiatives. This is a highly visible role focused on improving performance visibility, operational discipline, and decision speed across a large-scale real estate platform.
  • Accountabilities Serve as a primary analytical partner to the Director of Operations, supporting performance management across an Active Adult owned asset portfolio. Compile, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data including occupancy, rent trends, NOI, expenses, turnover, and capital performance. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting packages, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership and ownership stakeholders. Identify performance gaps, risks, and trends, providing actionable insights and recommended follow-up actions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with ownership objectives. Assist in translating complex financial and operational data into clear, client-ready narratives and decision-support materials. Coordinate cross-functional inputs from accounting, operations, marketing, and revenue management to ensure data integrity and consistency. Maintain tracking systems for initiatives, action items, risks, and operational follow-ups to ensure accountability and execution discipline. Requirements 7–10 years of experience in real estate operations, asset management support, finance, or analytical roles within multifamily or Active Adult housing. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred. Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret budgets, financial statements, and operational performance metrics. Advanced analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate data into clear business insights. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and data streams simultaneously. Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed or client-facing environment with strong professional judgment. Preferred: familiarity with Active Adult or age-targeted housing operations and real estate portfolio management. Benefits Annual salary range of $125,000 – $140,000, plus eligibility for performance-based bonus programs.
