YOUR OPPORTUNITY Drive transformational philanthropic investment to end factory farming worldwide. As Director of Global Philanthropy, you will play a pivotal role in driving THL’s global revenue growth, building deep and lasting donor relationships, and leading the strategy for a high-performing major gifts program currently raising $6M+ annually. We are seeking an experienced philanthropy leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on fundraising expertise and is motivated by the opportunity to connect significant philanthropic investment to measurable global impact. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing major gifts program while personally cultivating relationships with donors whose support can help accelerate progress toward ending factory farming worldwide. The Director of Global Philanthropy will serve as both a strategic leader and frontline fundraiser, partnering closely with senior leadership to deepen donor engagement, expand philanthropic investment, and strengthen THL’s long-term fundraising capacity. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Associate Vice President of Donor Relations. Domestic and international travel (approx. 3+ trips/year) is required, and occasional meetings with international donors may fall outside a typical 9–5 schedule, depending on your time zone. The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States. What You’ll Lead & Achieve Major Gifts Leadership & Strategy Lead the strategy and performance of a major gifts program generating more than $6M annually, with responsibility for sustainable growth, donor retention, portfolio performance, and long-term donor engagement. High-Value Donor & Portfolio Management Data Strategy & Cross Collaboration Required Skills & Experience Compensation and Benefits The base salary range is $119,630–$138,737 annually (total compensation $129,595–$150,294 including an 8.33% market premium). Market premium adjustments are reviewed twice per year.
