Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Enterprise Delivery Strategy - Build and oversee a scalable delivery framework that ensures consistent execution across technology, operations, and business initiatives. Establish standards, cadences, and governance that drive clarity and accountability.
  • Translate Strategy into Execution - Partner directly with executive leadership and divisional heads to convert strategic objectives into structured roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Own End-to-End Initiative Delivery - Oversee planning, resource alignment, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across multiple concurrent programs. Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
  • Establish Operational Excellence - Implement delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or structured frameworks) appropriate to the business environment. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and reporting transparency.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Alignment - Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders. Resolve bottlenecks, remove friction, and maintain momentum.
  • Drive Accountability & Performance Visibility - Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time insight into delivery health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Develop High-Performing Teams - Lead and mentor program managers, project managers, and delivery leads. Foster a culture rooted in ownership, urgency, and execution discipline.
  • Scale for Growth - Design delivery systems that support rapid company expansion, new product lines, and evolving enterprise priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Delivery Leadership - 8–12+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or enterprise environments.
  • Enterprise Program Experience - Demonstrated success delivering multi-million-dollar, multi-stakeholder initiatives across technology and business domains.
  • Operational Rigor - Strong command of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks).
  • Executive Communication Skills - Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, translate operational complexity into clear business narratives, and drive decision-making.
  • Risk & Dependency Management Expertise - Skilled at identifying delivery risks early and proactively mitigating cross-team bottlenecks.
  • Systems Thinking - Ability to design scalable delivery frameworks, governance models, and reporting structures that evolve with the organization.
  • People Leadership - Experience building, mentoring, and scaling delivery or PMO teams.
  • Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP preferred).
