  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dir, Product Marketing based in United States. This senior leadership role will shape product marketing strategy for a portfolio of healthcare SaaS solutions in a complex, highly regulated B2B environment. You will define positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that connect customer needs with measurable business outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Clinical, Compliance, and executive leadership. You will translate sophisticated healthcare technology, market dynamics, and customer insights into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. The position also provides an opportunity to build scalable product marketing processes, strengthen commercial enablement, and influence portfolio growth. You will lead strategic launches, customer and competitive research, and cross-functional initiatives while managing a small product marketing team.   • Accountabilities Own product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market plans across an assigned portfolio of healthcare SaaS solutions. Develop differentiated product narratives, proof points, executive messaging frameworks, and customer-focused stories that communicate business value and competitive differentiation. Translate complex technical, clinical, operational, regulatory, and market concepts into clear messaging for business, clinical, operational, and executive audiences. Establish and govern consistent messaging standards across buyer personas, market segments, use cases, product lines, and stages of the customer journey. Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning for product launches, enhancements, strategic initiatives, and portfolio priorities, including launch milestones, readiness plans, success measures, and post-launch feedback. Direct the development and continuous improvement of sales enablement materials such as battlecards, pitch decks, brochures, sales sheets, FAQs, case studies, talk tracks, demo scripts, objection-handling guidance, and executive briefing materials. Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to identify field requirements, strengthen commercial readiness, and improve customer-facing conversations. Lead market, buyer, customer, competitive, product adoption, and voice-of-customer research to identify trends, unmet needs, positioning opportunities, risks, and marketing priorities. Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Success, Content, Communications, Creative, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Legal, Compliance, Clinical, and executive stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution. Build scalable product marketing processes, templates, governance standards, and operating rhythms that improve quality, efficiency, consistency, and cross-functional alignment. Manage, coach, and develop 1–2 product marketing associates, including prioritization, workload management, performance feedback, and professional development. Oversee assigned budgets, vendor relationships, campaign and launch expenditures, and resource allocation while ensuring investments remain aligned with approved business priorities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, product strategy, B2B marketing, solutions marketing, sales enablement, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience marketing complex technology, software, data, consulting, or professional services offerings. 5+ years of experience developing product positioning, messaging, value propositions, launch strategies, sales enablement content, or executive-ready product narratives. 5+ years of experience applying customer, buyer, market, competitive, product adoption, or voice-of-customer research to product marketing and go-to-market decisions. 3+ years of experience leading strategic product launches, portfolio-level initiatives, product marketing workstreams, or cross-functional programs. At least 2 years of experience managing, coaching, or providing formal leadership to direct reports or product marketing contributors. Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, resource planning, campaign spend, launch investments, or related financial responsibilities. Advanced ability to develop product marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, launch plans, enablement strategies, and scalable go-to-market frameworks for complex B2B solutions. Exceptional executive communication, writing, editing, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder-influence skills. Strong ability to synthesize technical, clinical, operational, regulatory, customer, and commercial information into clear narratives and actionable recommendations. Strong strategic planning, prioritization, program management, and change management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Compliance, Clinical, and executive stakeholders. Strong understanding of market research, competitive intelligence, buyer insights, voice-of-customer methodologies, product adoption metrics, and commercial performance indicators. Ability to establish scalable processes, governance standards, reusable tools, and quality frameworks that improve product marketing effectiveness. Preferred experience in healthcare SaaS, payer technology, health plans, healthcare administration, or other regulated B2B environments. Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as recurring revenue, retention, churn, expansion, product adoption, customer lifetime value, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, product usage, competitive intelligence, or voice-of-customer platforms. Experience with pricing, packaging, segmentation, portfolio strategy, product-led growth, digital adoption, customer retention, or expansion initiatives is a plus. Ability to leverage AI-enabled marketing tools for research, content optimization, competitive analysis, personalization, launch readiness, and workflow efficiency. Excellent judgment, adaptability, organization, and ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying solely on formal authority. Ability to work remotely from a home office and remain productive at a workstation for extended periods. Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately twice per year, for team meetings in Atlanta. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
