- Accountabilities: Lead and manage digital identity and access management consulting engagements for enterprise clients across multiple industries. Develop and execute IAM and PAM strategies, assessments, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives aligned with client business goals. Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders while serving as a strategic advisor. Oversee the design and implementation of identity governance, access management, and privileged access management solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions using modern IAM technologies. Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and support sales and business growth initiatives. Mentor and lead consulting teams by providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support. Promote thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and innovation across digital identity practices and client engagements. Manage engagement delivery, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards in fast-paced consulting environments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum of 9 years of experience in identity and access management within consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments. Strong expertise with IAM and PAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, and Delinea. Experience designing and implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Access Management solutions. Solid understanding of role-based access control, identity lifecycle management, directory technologies, and authentication frameworks. Knowledge of Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP, virtual directories, and related identity infrastructure technologies. Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, manage client relationships, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. Strong business development capabilities with experience identifying opportunities and contributing to client growth initiatives. Demonstrated leadership experience including mentoring teams, conducting performance reviews, and managing cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with software development lifecycle, release management, and change management methodologies. Professional IAM or cybersecurity certifications strongly preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $165,000 to $282,000 annually.
