- This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor in United States. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, automation, and analytics delivery, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives focused on provider data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational transformation. You will design and build scalable technical solutions that streamline reporting, eliminate manual processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across complex healthcare systems. The position combines hands-on development with business partnership, translating operational needs into robust data pipelines, automation workflows, and UI-driven tools. You will work on high-impact modernization programs, improving legacy systems while supporting enterprise migration and automation initiatives. Collaboration is central, as you will partner with IT and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure reliable implementation. The role requires comfort working with complex, messy data environments and delivering production-ready solutions under tight regulatory standards. This is a highly technical and impactful role within a large-scale, data-driven enterprise environment.
- Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end technical solutions, including data pipelines, ETL processes, automation workflows, and custom UI tools supporting enterprise reporting and provider data initiatives. Build and enhance user-facing tools and interfaces that automate manual workflows, improve data capture, and support downstream analytics and reporting needs. Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, reconcile, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources. Automate complex reconciliation, matching, and validation processes to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including data models, backend logic, and system integrations. Refactor and modernize legacy reporting systems and automation tools to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Partner with IT teams to define data structures, technical requirements, and upstream system enhancements. Support enterprise-level initiatives including provider data modernization, regulatory reporting, and automation platform development. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across compliance-sensitive environments through strong validation and engineering practices. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation across reporting and data workflows. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational database design. Proven experience in ETL development and data pipeline engineering. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C#, SSIS, and SAS (or equivalent). Experience building internal tools or user interfaces that support data workflows, automation, or reporting. Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, production-ready technical solutions. Strong experience collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders in enterprise environments. Familiarity with healthcare data such as provider, claims, or payment data is a plus. Experience working with external vendor data and reconciliation processes is highly desirable. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills in complex, regulated environments. Benefits: Annual salary range: $96,700 – $161,100 USD, depending on experience and location. Eligibility for annual performance-based bonus program. Comprehensive benefits starting on day one, including medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health coverage. 401(k) retirement savings plan with company support. Paid time off (minimum 18 days annually) plus paid holidays. Life insurance, disability coverage, and employee well-being programs. Tuition reimbursement and professional development support. Remote flexibility with potential hybrid requirements depending on location. Opportunity to contribute to large-scale healthcare data modernization and transformation initiatives.
