Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client information, project details, and inventory data into the company database.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness to maintain high-quality records supporting design operations.
- Collaborate with design and administrative teams to ensure data consistency and timely availability.
- Organize and manage electronic and physical documents related to ongoing and completed projects.
- Assist in preparing reports and data summaries for internal use and client presentations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries to support efficient workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information at all times.
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, preferably within the design or creative industries.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in managing data.
- Proficiency with database systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also managing tasks independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
