- Respond to customer inquiries in Danish through phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to subscription plans, features, and issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our tracking system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our service offerings
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our products and services
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based services or technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and systems
