Your communication skills will be essential as you assist clients with reservation processes, availability checks, and any changes or cancellations they may need. By delivering outstanding service, you will help enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to creating memorable experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat for hotel reservation inquiries
- Assist customers with booking procedures and provide product information regarding hotel accommodations
- Support clients with changes to reservations, cancellations, and special requests
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with hotel partners to ensure a seamless booking experience
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and offerings
- Stay informed about current promotions, local attractions, and hotel policies
- Fluency in English and preferred additional language skills based on customer demographic
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and a passion for helping customers
- Familiarity with reservation systems and customer support software is advantageous
