- Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
- Assist customers with check-in processes and changes to their itineraries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel updates to inform customers effectively.
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable.
