Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to Dyson's consumer electronics products with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting, technical guidance, and step-by-step support for Dyson's full range of consumer electronics, ensuring swift and effective resolution of all issues.
- Process customer orders, returns, warranty claims, and repairs accurately and in accordance with Dyson's internal procedures and service standards.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and correct usage of Dyson's innovative consumer electronics products, enhancing the overall customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and case details within the CRM system, maintaining high standards of data integrity and service tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical support specialists and logistics departments to ensure seamless end-to-end customer journeys.
- Identify recurring product or service issues and escalate them promptly to the appropriate departments, contributing to continuous improvement within the consumer electronics support environment.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction scores, first contact resolution rates, and response time benchmarks.
- Native or fluent Danish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Danish.
- A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union is mandatory.
- A genuine passion for consumer electronics and a strong aptitude for understanding and explaining technical products and features.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous, particularly within the consumer electronics or technology sector.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
