- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service quality.
- Adapt to various tasks and support functions as required by the company’s operations.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other computer applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
