Your fluency in Czech will be essential as you help customers navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they are getting the most out of their social media interactions. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing user satisfaction and ensuring a positive community experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding social media platform inquiries
- Assist users with account setup, troubleshooting issues, and general usage inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in an effective and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex user issues
- Gather feedback from users to improve platform features and services
- Stay informed about trends in social media and community engagement
- Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or social media industry, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Passion for social media and a commitment to enhancing user experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
