Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Customer Success Manager to oversee client projects from post-sale through final delivery. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth, well-communicated experience while coordinating across multiple stages of production and installation.
You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
Duties / Tasks to perform
- Guide clients through the full project lifecycle after sales closure, including onboarding and process orientation
- Collect and organize required documentation such as logos, surveys, and approvals
- Submit permit applications and track approvals with relevant authorities
- Coordinate and communicate production and installation timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
- Monitor project progress to ensure completion within a 4–6 week timeframe
- Confirm project completion, including documentation and photos
- Support final payment collection and project closure
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent organization, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Strong client-facing communication and expectation management
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of tasks
- High sense of urgency, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., ShopVox or similar)
- Ability to understand basic plans, drawings, or specifications
- Familiarity with permitting processes or construction workflows (preferred)
- Basic understanding of signage, fabrication, or installation processes (a plus)

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (GMT -5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
