Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Customer Success Manager to oversee client projects from post-sale through final delivery. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth, well-communicated experience while coordinating across multiple stages of production and installation.

You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely completion of all milestones.

Duties / Tasks to perform

  • Guide clients through the full project lifecycle after sales closure, including onboarding and process orientation
  • Collect and organize required documentation such as logos, surveys, and approvals
  • Submit permit applications and track approvals with relevant authorities
  • Coordinate and communicate production and installation timelines
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
  • Monitor project progress to ensure completion within a 4–6 week timeframe
  • Confirm project completion, including documentation and photos
  • Support final payment collection and project closure

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Strong client-facing communication and expectation management
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of tasks
  • High sense of urgency, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., ShopVox or similar)
  • Ability to understand basic plans, drawings, or specifications
  • Familiarity with permitting processes or construction workflows (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of signage, fabrication, or installation processes (a plus)

    Schedule & availability
    Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (GMT -5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
