- Accountabilities: Handle inbound patient calls with empathy, professionalism, and active listening to understand fertility-related needs and concerns. Coordinate with physicians and internal teams to support fertility treatment plans, medication workflows, and patient care processes. Accurately collect, verify, and enter patient information including insurance, shipping, and payment details across multiple systems. Ensure consistent follow-up on customer inquiries and issues to maintain a high-quality, end-to-end patient experience. Escalate complex cases or claims to specialized teams when additional review or intervention is required. Maintain strong attention to detail while multitasking across platforms and managing high volumes of patient interactions. Support operational efficiency by ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Highly empathetic, patient-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally. Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer literacy. Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Comfort working in a remote setup with reliable high-speed internet connection. Benefits: Hourly pay range: $17.75 – $19.00 USD, depending on experience and location. Eligibility for annual bonus program.
