Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly source, engage, and attract exceptional candidates fluent in Croatian across various industries.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate negotiation, and offer management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the management team regarding recruitment progress and market feedback.
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally in a freelance capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
- Self-motivated and able to independently manage recruitment projects from start to finish.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to source quality candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Adaptable and proactive approach to tackling recruitment challenges and evolving requirements.
- Motivated to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance recruiting expertise.
