In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch support to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with their booking needs and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Croatian through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with the booking process, as well as modifications and cancellations of their reservations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for reference and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolutions of customer issues and maintain a high level of service.
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken), with English proficiency considered an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
- Willingness to relocate and immerse oneself in the Greek culture and work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
