Together with Mindly’s Co-founder & CMO Masha, we are looking for a CRM / Email Marketing Specialist to join our superstar team and drive the CRM function at Mindly.

About you:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Email Marketing, push notifications, and in-app messages as core user communication channels

  • Practical experience with ESP tools such as Customer.io, Iterable, eSputnik, MailChimp, or others

  • A proactive mindset and a high level of autonomy

Your responsibilities:

  • Building and optimizing user communication across Email, Push, and In-App messages

  • Daily analysis of CRM campaigns, communications, and promo mechanics, and generating hypotheses for improvement

  • Audience segmentation, defining segmentation rules, and implementing them into trigger-based scenarios

  • Monitoring and improving key delivery and engagement metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Delivery Rate, Unsubscribe/Spam Rate)

  • Running A/B tests and analyzing results with a focus on CRM business metrics (Conversion, LTV, Retention, Churn, etc.)

  • Close collaboration with designers, copywriters, and analysts to create a cohesive user experience

How do we work?

We work remotely, but we also have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix formats if you wish.
Ideally, you are located in the CET or EET time zone.
