Job Description
Job Title: Creator Shortlister – Affiliate Pipeline
Job Type: Full-time / Remote
Work Hours: Flexible, must overlap with UK / EU working hours
Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, Pixory — a fast-growing creator-led eCommerce brand — find a Creator Shortlister to sit at the very top of their affiliate pipeline.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and shortlisting high-potential TikTok and Instagram creators before they enter outreach and onboarding. Your work directly protects creator quality, brand alignment, and long-term affiliate performance.
This is a research-heavy, quality-control role, not a marketing or strategy position. You’ll follow clear SOPs and quality benchmarks to consistently identify creators who meet Pixory’s standards at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and shortlist creators based on Pixory’s ICPs and quality benchmarks
- Evaluate creators beyond follower count, including content quality, consistency, engagement, and brand alignment
- Consistently shortlist 600–800 creators per week while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised creator pipeline with clear vetting notes and rationale
- Flag standout creators and potential red flags for priority review
- Work closely with the outreach team to ensure smooth handover and alignment
- Follow shortlisting SOPs precisely and adapt to updates in criteria or platform strategy
- Share feedback on creator trends, quality patterns, and platform insights
Must-Have:
- Hands-on experience shortlisting or evaluating creators for brands, influencer programs, or affiliate teams
- Strong familiarity with TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems
- Experience following SOPs or clear quality criteria when assessing creators
- Proven ability to judge creator quality beyond follower count
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable with high-output, repetitive research work
- Clear written communication skills for explaining shortlisting decisions
- Reliable and consistent performance week over week
