Job Description

Thousands of ads. Dozens of brands. The engine that keeps it all moving — that's what you'd own.

🚀 About TubeScience

TubeScience is a performance marketing agency where world-class creative meets real-time data. Every month, our distributed team produces performance video ads for leading DTC brands and Fortune 500 companies, at a scale most teams never see.

This is a build role: you'll own the operational infrastructure behind that engine: finding where it breaks, deciding what to fix versus rebuild, and shipping the solution yourself.

🛠️ What You'll Do

  • Coordinate creative projects end-to-end across Strategy, Production, Post-Production, Quality Control, and Delivery.
  • Own and improve the systems that move work through the creative pipeline, making thoughtful decisions about when to fix, redesign, or simplify them.
  • Monitor workflows for bottlenecks, capacity constraints, failure points, and delivery risks, then investigate recurring issues to identify their root causes.
  • Build and maintain practical automations, integrations, dashboards, and internal tools — and recognize when a new tool is not the right solution.
  • Partner with Creative, Production, and Strategy leaders to resolve operational issues, evaluate tradeoffs, and implement scalable improvements.

🔎 What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in product, technical, or creative operations, systems engineering, or similar — less about the number, more about having actually owned something end to end.
  • Strong systems thinking, comfortable with automation/AI tools and workflow platforms.
  • You've built or owned an automation, tool, or workflow other people now rely on — this matters more than any platform on your resume.
  • Strong written and verbal English, and experience working independently across distributed teams.
