THE ROLE
As the Country Manager for Brazil, you will be the primary architect of Everpure’s commercial success and brand presence in one of our most dynamic markets. You will lead the charge in defining our go-to-market execution, balancing high-level strategic planning with the hands-on leadership of our local sales and channel teams. By collaborating with regional executive leadership and global cross-functional partners, you will transform market insights into sustainable growth, ensuring Everpure remains the premier choice for data solutions in the region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive Strategic Growth: Own and execute the annual business plan for Brazil, translating global objectives into a localized strategy that maximizes revenue, market share, and long-term profitability.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Build and mentor a diverse, world-class team of sales and technical professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous coaching, and ethical excellence.
- Cultivate the Ecosystem: Expand and energize our partner network—including resellers, integrators, and strategic alliances—to ensure the Everpure Platform is effectively positioned and supported across all market segments.
- Executive Representation: Serve as the face of Everpure in Brazil, engaging in C-level negotiations and participating in industry thought-leadership to differentiate our value proposition from the competition.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the country’s sales forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene, while partnering with Finance and Legal to ensure all local operations comply with corporate governance and ethics standards.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Commercial Leadership Mastery: Proven ability to lead a complex business unit or country-level P&L within the enterprise technology, software, or cloud infrastructure sectors, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in navigating matrixed global environments, with the skill to use data-driven insights to manage complex sales cycles, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional Communication & Influence: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence internal stakeholders and C-suite external partners alike.
- Technical & Market Fluency: A deep understanding of the Brazilian IT landscape, including local regulations and trends in data storage, cloud services, and digital transformation.
- Language & Location: Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English is required to facilitate local leadership and global collaboration.
