- Accountabilities: Prepare, review, and distribute mortgage loan disclosure packages in compliance with federal and state regulations and required timelines. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of disclosure documentation throughout the loan process. Support mortgage loan originators, processors, and internal teams by answering disclosure-related questions and resolving file issues efficiently. Monitor loan files to ensure compliance with regulations including TRID, ECOA, and other applicable lending requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage disclosure guidelines, banking regulations, and internal compliance standards. Assist in assembling and delivering supporting documentation required for early disclosure packages. Adhere to company policies, regulatory procedures, and risk management practices while reporting any potential compliance concerns when necessary. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage production, lending operations, or related mortgage processing activities. Strong understanding of TRID requirements and mortgage disclosure regulations. Familiarity with state-specific mortgage disclosure requirements and timelines. Hands-on experience using Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). Knowledge of mortgage disclosure formats, regulatory documentation, and banking compliance practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital document management tools. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
