In this pivotal role, you'll be the legal architect transforming cloud computing infrastructure through strategic real estate transactions and comprehensive legal support. Key job responsibilities - Structure, draft, and negotiate complex real estate agreements supporting AWS's worldwide data center portfolio - Provide comprehensive legal counsel on transactional matters, interpreting contracts with precision and strategic insight - Manage external counsel relationships and oversee portfolio of real estate transactions - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and legal operations - Resolve legal challenges in commercial relationships and handle pre-litigation inquiries A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of legal strategy and business collaboration. Basic Qualifications
  • - 5+ years of legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate transactional documents (i.e. leases, lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, easements, development agreements, co-ownership agreements etc.)
