Job Description

The Copy & Content Specialist is accountable for executing high-performing copy and content across all PODs, supporting brands from pilot campaigns through to scalable strategies across global markets.

This is an execution-led role focused on writing copy that ships fast, tests often, and converts across paid media platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as SEO-optimised website and landing page content.

You will collaborate with Growth, Paid Media, Creative, and Product teams to ensure messaging is clear, SEO-aligned, and conversion-focused helping Valerie scale brands through disciplined experimentation and strong fundamentals.

Accountabilities

  • platform best practices (hooks, CTAs, formatting, policy compliance).

  • Collaborate with designers and editors to align copy with visual storytelling.

Paid Media Copy Execution

  • Write high-performing ad copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  • Produce multiple copy variations to support A/B testing and campaign iteration.

  • Apply

Website & Landing Page SEO Content

  • Write SEO-optimised landing pages that balance search intent with conversion.

  • Produce content for core website pages, campaign landing pages, and SEO pages.

  • Apply SEO fundamentals including keyword placement, headings, meta tags, and structure.

  • Translate search intent into clear value propositions and CTAs.

Creative & Conversion Copywriting

  • Craft conversion-focused copy for websites, ads, emails, banners, and social media.

  • Translate product features into clear benefits and persuasive messaging.

  • Support CRO initiatives to improve CTR, CVR, and engagement.

  • Maintain consistent brand voice across multiple Valerie partner brands.

UX, CRO & Content Optimisation

  • Collaborate with UX and Web teams on messaging hierarchy and CTA clarity.

  • Write copy for landing pages, wireframes, and testing environments.

  • Use insights from analytics and A/B tests to optimise messaging performance.

Content Quality & Systems

  • Ensure copy aligns with brand voice, creative frameworks, and platform standards.

  • Maintain high standards for grammar, clarity, and accuracy.

  • Support competitive copy reviews and channel-specific messaging guidelines.

  • Assess brand content and suggest improvements across SEO, newsletters, blogs, and marketing content.

Ideal Behaviour, Qualifications & Skills

Must Have

  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality copy quickly

  • Solid understanding of paid ad copywriting for Google, Meta, and TikTok

  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals for websites and landing pages

  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging across platforms and funnel stages

  • Strong attention to detail in grammar, clarity, and structure

  • Comfortable working across multiple brands in fast-paced environments

  • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of UX basics, landing page structure, and conversion-focused messaging

  • 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or performance marketing roles

Good to Have

  • Experience working in agency or fast-growth digital teams

  • Familiarity with ecommerce and conversion-focused content strategy

  • Experience writing SEO landing pages and paid advertising copy

  • Ability to contribute to content systems, messaging frameworks, or playbooks
