Job Description

Magic Spoon reimagines your childhood breakfasts favorites with more protein, less sugar, and more fun. With our recently launched Protein Pastries, alongside our Cereal, Protein Treats and Protein Granola, we're continuing to find new ways to make mornings magical - all made possible by our incredible team.

We're seeking a Contract Manufacturing Manager to join our Operations team. You will function as the first point of contact for all co-manufacturers into the Senior Manufacturing Manager. What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end production planning with all co-manufacturers and manage relationships to ensure seamless execution and alignment on capacity, timelines, and operational priorities.
  • Oversee daily and weekly production performance, resolve delays or issues, and communicate risks and updates to cross-functional partners.
  • Own ERP production activities across co-mans, ensuring accurate receiving, inventory movements, and consumption tracking to maintain data integrity.
  • Coordinate product movement across the network by partnering with the Freight Team and co-mans on production releases, COA readiness, and shipment timing.
  • Support commercialization of new and reformulated products by ensuring co-mans have accurate specifications, BOMs, materials, and packaging requirements ahead of production.
  • Approve finished good invoices, troubleshoot three-way match issues, and support pricing transitions, credit applications, and RPO-based billing.
  • Maintain high-level operational reporting, including production dashboards, schedule updates, and co-man performance tracking to support visibility and decision-making.
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation of production activity, inventory files, and co-man reports to support transparency, traceability, and compliance.
