We’re seeking professionals with a strong background in contracts, legal compliance, or procurement. Your expertise will support the development of cutting-edge AI, enabling it to navigate and interpret complex contract scenarios. This flexible, remote freelance role is ideal for experts looking to directly influence the future of AI in contract management and negotiation.
What You’ll Do
Review and refine AI-generated content related to contracts, agreements, and legal terms.
Assess the accuracy, clarity, and compliance of AI outputs with relevant EU/UK laws and best practices.
Create and enhance realistic contract scenarios, covering negotiations, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
Generate scenario variations from the perspectives of legal counsel, procurement specialists, and business stakeholders.
Identify legal reasoning gaps, potential issues, or improvement areas in AI handling of contractual matters.
Help develop practical AI-powered tools for contract drafting and management.
Who We’re Looking For
Professionals with significant experience in contracts, commercial law, procurement, or compliance (EU/UK focus a plus).
Backgrounds in legal consulting, in-house counsel, contract management, or compliance welcome.
Skilled at reviewing legal and contractual documents for precision, risk, and enforceability.
Available for 8–20 hours per week and able to start quickly.
Comfortable with remote, freelance work.
