Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead to define and own Omniflow’s voice in the market.
This is not a “blog factory” role. This is a foundational storytelling and narrative leadership role. You will shape how the world understands:
- A new category of product creation
- The philosophy behind Omniflow
- Why continuity, intent, and progressive commitment matter
You will work closely with the founder, product, and design to turn deep product thinking into content that earns trust with senior PMs and engineering leaders.
What You’ll Own
- Category narrative & positioning
- Translate Omniflow’s product philosophy into clear, compelling stories
- Help define the language of a new category (continuous product creation)
- Core content strategy
- Long-form thought leadership (blogs, essays, manifestos)
- Website messaging and product storytelling
- Founder voice and narrative amplification
- Audience-first content
- Speak to Product Managers, Heads of Product, Engineering Managers, and Heads of Engineering
- Create content that respects senior audiences’ intelligence and time
- Launch & momentum content
- Product launches, feature narratives, and conceptual demos
- Explain why things matter—not just what shipped
- Distribution & leverage
- Turn one strong idea into many high-quality surfaces (blog, social, talks, decks)
- Collaborate with growth and community as the team scales
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in content marketing, product marketing, or editorial leadership
- Experience telling technical or product-heavy stories without dumbing them down
- Strong product intuition—you understand how products are built and why decisions matter
- Exceptional writing taste: clear, opinionated, structured, and precise
- Comfort operating at 0→1: ambiguity, iteration, and founder-level collaboration
- Bonus: experience defining or evangelizing a new category
What This Is Not
- Not SEO-chasing commodity content
- Not a demand-gen copywriting role
- Not a passive execution role
This is a thinking role, a writing role, and a taste-making role.
