  • Accountabilities: The Compensation Analyst, Revenue Operations will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of sales compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across commission processes. Administer commission operations, including expense accruals, variable compensation calculations, commission payments, bonuses, incentive programs, and special compensation arrangements. Manage compensation plan administration, including plan distribution, employee acceptance tracking, system setup, adjustments, and data validation. Ensure compensation calculations and payments are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with established company policies and practices. Configure, test, and maintain commission systems to support updates to incentive plans and compensation structures. Partner with Sales Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and other stakeholders to track employee changes including new hires, transfers, terminations, compensation updates, and retroactive adjustments. Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and support ad hoc projects related to commissions, sales incentives, and revenue operations. Identify process improvements and provide recommendations to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Support the ongoing optimization of compensation tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented compensation professional with strong analytical abilities, experience managing commission programs, and the communication skills needed to collaborate across multiple teams. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration, commission operations, or a similar revenue operations function. Strong understanding of sales commission processes and incentive compensation structures. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience performing manual commission calculations and complex data analysis. Experience working with commission management platforms such as CaptivateIQ or similar cloud-based compensation tools. Familiarity with Salesforce, incentive compensation management systems, or collaboration/project management platforms. Experience with tools such as Spiff and DocuSign is a plus. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with various levels of leadership. Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently, take initiative, and identify opportunities for improvement.
