Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Setup
- Set up and manage email domains, inboxes, and sending tools
- Ensure proper email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Maintain inbox health and sending reputation
Lead Generation
- Build highly targeted lead lists (e.g., doctors, clinic owners)
- Source and verify thousands of contacts using lead tools
- Ensure data accuracy and segmentation
Campaign Strategy & Copywriting
- Develop cold email strategies and campaign structures
- Write or oversee high-converting email copy
- Create sequences, follow-ups, and personalization strategies
Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage cold email campaigns
- Monitor daily performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure proper email warm-up and deliverability
Lead Nurturing & Booking
- Respond to inbound replies from prospects
- Qualify leads and handle objections
- Book appointments directly into the sales team’s calendar
Optimization & Scaling
- Track KPIs (open rates, reply rates, booked calls)
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and targeting
- Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance
- Scale winning campaigns
- Atleast 2 years of proven experience in cold email marketing or outbound lead generation
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and warm-up strategies
- Experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, or any other similar tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage large datasets and lead lists
- Highly analytical and results-driven mindset
- Self-starter who can own and improve systems independently
Basic requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
Technical requirements
- Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
- Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
- Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
- Workspace: Quiet, professional environment
