Foster effective collaboration across diverse technical and business teams while maintaining accountability for project outcomes. Requirements: 7–10 years of experience in technology, cloud solutions, technical project management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience with machine learning model development and deployment, with practical understanding of AI/ML delivery. 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across cloud, applications, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments. At least 5 years of experience reading code or working with system design. Hands-on project delivery experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as GCP, AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Red Hat OpenShift. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning model development and deployment. Experience with Google Cloud AI/ML services such as Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Gemini is highly relevant. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and/or Ray. Understanding of GPUs, TPUs, transformers, encoders, decoders, ML APIs, and core machine learning infrastructure. Strong knowledge of virtualization, containers, operating systems, system administration, Kubernetes, microservices, APIs, and cloud modernization. Ability to read and understand code in Python, Java, C/C++, Go, JavaScript, Shell, or similar programming languages. Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking abilities. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams and complex cloud or AI/ML programs. Strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant cloud, AI/ML, or project management certifications are a plus. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with diverse technical and business stakeholders. Benefits: $45–$52 per hour expected base salary range. Fully remote position within the United States. 12-month engagement with the opportunity to contribute to complex cloud and AI/ML initiatives. Competitive benefits package in addition to base compensation. Exposure to leading cloud platforms, Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, and cloud modernization technologies.
