Support the development of facility-specific physician panels during implementation, taking into account current and anticipated licensing and privileging requirements. Track coverage progress, identify deficiencies, and prepare clear summaries of outstanding capacity needs by service line, physician group, facility, or other relevant criteria. Conduct physician outreach to address capacity and coverage gaps and coordinate solutions that support operational requirements. Provide internal teams, including sales, client engagement, and practice management, with visibility into current and future capacity to support informed planning and demand management. Compile reports from multiple data sources for leadership and operational decision-making, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in physician scheduling, workforce management, healthcare operations, or a closely related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with physicians, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and key deliverables. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with schedules, availability data, reports, and operational information. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and build productive working relationships in a distributed organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general computer applications; strong comfort working with data and scheduling information is important. Ability to work independently and remain organized in a high-growth, fast-paced, fully remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to changing schedules, coverage requirements, and operational priorities. Ability to remain stationary and work at a computer for extended periods, including approximately 50% of the workday. Benefits: 100% remote work with the flexibility of a distributed work environment. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Health Savings Account (HSA).
