Job Description
  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter based in the United States. This is a results-oriented role focused on expanding a national network of clinical education partners. You will identify, engage, and recruit physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations to support clinical training opportunities. The position combines strategic outreach, relationship management, pipeline development, and healthcare credentialing. You will own the recruitment journey from initial prospecting through onboarding readiness, with a strong focus on meaningful partnerships rather than outreach volume alone. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with Partnerships, Operations, and other teams to ensure recruited opportunities successfully support student placement needs. The role offers substantial autonomy and the opportunity to directly contribute to expanding access to high-quality clinical education. It is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on measurable goals, relationship building, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accountabilities Build and expand a national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and clinical training sites through email, phone, video, social media, and other strategic channels. Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness, effectively prioritizing opportunities and working toward monthly and quarterly performance objectives. Use HubSpot and other technology tools to build, manage, and prioritize outreach pipelines, maintain accurate records, monitor pipeline health, and use data to improve recruitment strategies. Apply knowledge of provider types, clinical specialties, and credentialing requirements to efficiently qualify prospective partners, including licensure, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related verification processes. Educate healthcare professionals and organizations on the value of supporting clinical education and build relationships that can develop into long-term training partnerships. Guide prospective partners through each stage of recruitment and onboarding readiness, following established procedures while exercising independent judgment to resolve issues and maintain momentum. Negotiate educational stipends, collect required contractual and credentialing documentation, and ensure complete and accurate handoffs to internal teams. Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to meet school partner requirements and clinical placement timelines. Maintain professional and proactive communication with external partners and internal stakeholders, leveraging professional networks such as LinkedIn to generate opportunities and strengthen relationships. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment approaches, outreach effectiveness, and internal processes while maintaining consistency with established workflows. Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs, quotas, performance targets, or deadlines in a goal-oriented or clinical education environment. Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/or healthcare organizations is preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related documentation. Experience managing CRM-based recruitment, sales, or business development pipelines; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence healthcare professionals, overcome objections, and develop long-term professional relationships. Comfortable leveraging professional networks and social platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and generate new opportunities. Ability to quickly learn and consistently execute documented processes while applying sound judgment and making independent decisions. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives, adapt to changing placement needs, and maintain urgency without compromising accuracy. High level of professionalism, accountability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where individual performance directly contributes to team success. Candidates should reside in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas. Benefits Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually. Bonus structure tied to KPI achievement and revenue goals. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) benefits. Tax-exempt student loan repayment benefits. Commuter benefits. Fully remote work environment, including remote interviewing and onboarding. Option to utilize a River North office as needed. Performance-based career growth opportunities. Mission-driven environment focused on supporting clinical education and healthcare workforce development. Opportunity to contribute to the growth of an expanding education technology organization. Collaborative culture centered on support, growth, achievement, and strong professional relationships. Emphasis on work/life balance.
