Job Description

We're looking for a Client Success Manager to be the person clients trust most throughout their dating journey at a modern, AI-powered matchmaking service helping South Asian singles find meaningful relationships. You will know their preferences, advocate for their standards, and help them find what they are actually looking for.

This is not a passive account management role. You will manage a high volume of active clients simultaneously, use AI tools to source and evaluate matches, execute renewals and upsells, and actively improve the processes you work within. We are looking for someone who can help write the matchmaking playbook and eventually help onboard and train others as the team grows.

What You'll Work On

Account Management and Client Experience

  • Own client satisfaction from onboarding through successful match outcomes
  • Maintain organized tracking across all active clients including package type, cadence, preferences, and match history
  • Ensure profiles are delivered on time based on each client's plan and maintain consistent daily communication
  • Prepare new clients before their start date with profiles complete, expectations set, and timelines understood
  • Send regular check-ins and feedback surveys to gauge satisfaction and surface insights
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns before they become issues
  • Update and refine client profiles as preferences evolve
  • Track renewal timelines and handle renewal and upsell conversations independently over time

Matchmaking and Research

  • Conduct deep research on potential matches for active clients
  • Create shortlists of three to seven high-caliber matches per client using Claude and other AI tools, assessing attraction compatibility and caliber alignment
  • Send curated match profiles to clients in the founder's voice
  • Send feelers to potential matches to gauge interest and availability
  • Refine match criteria continuously based on client feedback and outcomes

Sales and Renewals

  • Learn and execute the full sales process including renewals, upsells, and proactive pipeline management
  • Identify when a client's package is approaching renewal and initiate the conversation early
  • Surface the right package for each client based on their experience and outcomes
  • Know when to escalate and use those moments as learning opportunities rather than handoffs

Automation and Process Improvement

  • Identify steps in the matchmaking workflow that are repetitive, manual, or slow and build solutions to streamline or automate them
  • Use AI tools, primarily Claude, to reduce friction across the client journey without losing the personal touch
  • Think ahead about what breaks at scale and propose changes before problems arrive
  • Template high-frequency communications including check-ins, feelers, and renewal prompts while keeping them warm and human
  • Document every improvement so the entire team benefits

Systems and Reporting

  • Help document and refine matchmaking SOPs to drive consistency and quality across the team
  • Map the full client journey and flag where things slow down or create unnecessary friction
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking key metrics including response time, profiles sent, satisfaction scores, renewal rate, and match conversion

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in customer service, account management, client success, or a high-touch service delivery role
  • Strong written communication with the ability to write in a consistent, warm brand voice across daily client messaging
  • Genuine AI proficiency: you know how to prompt Claude or similar tools for research and analysis and are curious about what else they can do
  • Automation mindset: you do not just follow processes, you look for ways to make them faster, smarter, and more scalable
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to understand interpersonal dynamics and compatibility beyond surface-level traits
  • Exceptional organization and the ability to track dozens of active clients simultaneously without dropping details
  • Self-directed with strong ownership over client outcomes without needing constant oversight
  • Fast learner who adapts quickly in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and wearing multiple hats

  • Experience in matchmaking, recruiting, talent research, or relationship-driven services
  • Background in South Asian culture or community
  • Experience building SOPs or improving operational workflows
