  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Services Manager (FWA) based in United States. This role serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients using Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) solutions. You’ll manage relationships across operational and executive stakeholders while ensuring programs deliver measurable value. The position combines client service, healthcare operations, project management, and FWA expertise. You’ll coordinate internal and external teams, oversee initiatives, and proactively address operational challenges. Through data analysis and root-cause investigation, you’ll identify opportunities to improve program performance and consistency. This is a remote role offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative, matrixed environment supporting complex healthcare clients.
  • Accountabilities: Serve as the primary account manager and trusted advisor for client operational contacts, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs, priorities, and challenges. Manage the operational implementation and execution of FWA programs in partnership with health plan operations teams and internal stakeholders. Coordinate client-facing and internal meetings, including scheduling, agendas, presentations, facilitation, meeting minutes, action-item tracking, and follow-up. Manage cross-functional initiatives and joint projects, ensuring internal teams and clients remain aligned on objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor program performance, analyze monthly results and trends, identify root causes of operational issues, and develop actionable improvement plans. Prepare client performance summaries that highlight key trends, business drivers, initiative status, risks, and opportunities. Act as a subject matter expert on FWA-related activities, investigations, operational processes, and program requirements. Identify client education needs and develop or deliver training programs for both new and existing clients. Manage client inquiries and requests through appropriate tracking systems, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Maintain accurate, current client documentation and project records while ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately. Work closely with FWA operational teams to monitor open action items, resolve issues, and maintain consistent service delivery. Identify and develop solutions to invoicing challenges and participate in strategic business initiatives that support client and organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, with 5+ years of healthcare experience, particularly in healthcare operations or consulting environments. At least 5 years of industry knowledge and experience related to healthcare Fraud, Waste & Abuse programs and requirements. 2+ years of project or team management experience, including meeting facilitation, coordination, and follow-through on deliverables. 2+ years of client relationship management experience, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels, including executives. Strong understanding of healthcare FWA investigations, operational processes, and program requirements. Demonstrated project management, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, and financial acumen skills, with a results-oriented approach to delivering accurate, high-quality work. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and public-speaking skills, with the confidence to communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams. Strong independent judgment, adaptability, and professionalism, including the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Willingness to travel up to 10% and flexibility to occasionally participate in after-hours or weekend work when required for major deadlines or deliverables. Ability to work effectively with international teams and accommodate meetings across global time zones. Must be able to maintain a dedicated, secure remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet connectivity. Benefits: Remote position available anywhere in the continental United States. Base compensation of $82,000–$111,000 USD per year, with offers determined by experience, education, skills, certifications, and business needs. Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
