In this role, you will play a pivotal part in influencing the healthcare industry's landscape by managing and nurturing key client relationships.   • Accountabilities Manage and grow strategic relationships with healthcare clients to drive new business and renewals. Pursue healthcare-focused leads identified by internal teams. Minimize churn and maximize retention across assigned accounts. Drive client satisfaction throughout the healthcare buying lifecycle. Generate demand by articulating how our services can meet client needs. Influence vendors and partners to achieve desired outcomes. Utilize CRM platforms to effectively manage accounts and opportunities. Develop communication channels with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations. Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to adopt additional services. Establish strong, long-term business relationships with healthcare clients.
  • Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field. Relevant healthcare industry sales experience. Proven ability to sell complex healthcare solutions. Strong understanding of healthcare client needs and business models. Experience using sales tools and methodologies. Ability to manage expectations and serve as a trusted advisor. Advanced experience in client management roles within healthcare. Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce. Strong communication and relational skills.
