This role focuses on transforming complex retail and syndicated datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for US market clients. You will work closely with insights managers to build reports, dashboards, and data-driven narratives that guide category performance and commercial strategies. The position involves working with structured and unstructured data to identify trends across pricing, distribution, velocity, and competitive landscapes. You will also contribute to storytelling through PowerPoint presentations that translate analytics into client-ready insights. Operating in a fast-paced, global environment, this role requires strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. It is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining data analysis with business storytelling to influence real-world outcomes.
  • Accountabilities: In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights and reporting that support US client objectives. Develop and maintain standardized Excel and PowerPoint reports, dashboards, and visualizations for client deliverables. Analyze syndicated datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps across categories, pricing, and competitive sets. Support category reviews, seller stories, performance updates, and test-and-learn initiatives through structured analysis. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness through quality control checks. Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency. Assist in turning complex datasets into clear, insight-driven narratives and presentations. Requirements: The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background with experience in data-driven or client-facing environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field. 2–8 years of experience in market research, consulting, or client analytics, preferably within US retail or CPG environments. Hands-on experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI, Kantar, GfK). Strong knowledge of category management concepts such as distribution, pricing, velocity, and market share analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus. Benefits: Remote work arrangement.
