We are searching for a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our dedicated team, playing a crucial role in connecting with potential clients who have expressed interest in our photography experiences through online ads on social media, conducting engaging sales pitches over the phone and guiding them through the booking process.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage and connect with potential clients who have already expressed interest, turning curiosity into genuine excitement for our photography experience.
- Deliver compelling, emotion-driven sales pitches that highlight the unique value of our services, make clients feel truly understood, and dissolve any hesitation.
- Skillfully handle objections by actively listening, identifying real concerns, and offering clear, confident, and reassuring solutions.
- Guide each client through a smooth, effortless booking journey — from first inquiry to confirmed appointment — ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Drive strong results by consistently applying our proven sales process and leveraging the tools provided to maintain a high conversion rate.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while upholding a customer-first mindset and the highest standards of integrity throughout the entire sales experience.
About You:
- Natural communicator with a warm, confident, and engaging phone presence
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and make clients feel understood
- Skilled in sales techniques, including discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
- Actively listens, asks the right questions, and adapts their approach to each client
- Resilient and motivated by goals, challenges, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple leads simultaneously
- Positive, energetic, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Highly adaptable and quick to learn new offers, processes, and tools
- Driven by results but guided by empathy, integrity, and respect for the customer
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
