- Work closely with various departments to ensure clients receive timely and efficient support.
- Stay up-to-date about company offerings, industry trends, and local insights to better assist customers.
- Contribute to team goals and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service quality and efficiency.
- Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or communication roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and computer applications is an advantage.
